01 GENERAL TERMS

By purchasing services from Itsme Studios, you automatically agree to the following terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Please read carefully before ordering.

02 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• All payments must be made upfront or via the agreed milestones (50% deposit).
• No refunds are issued once the work has started, unless Itsme Studios fails to deliver the product.
• Chargebacks (PayPal disputes) will result in a permanent ban and a blacklist report.

03 USAGE RIGHTS

Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to use the designs for personal or commercial purposes. However, Itsme Studios retains the right to display the artwork in our portfolio and social media as a showcase of our work.

04 REVISIONS

Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Any major changes requested after the final approval or outside the scope of the original brief will be charged extra.
